The synchronization group is scheduled but the application cannot calculate its dates. The list of the operations concerned is in the description file in folder %appdata%\Ortems\Env*environment_name*\log.
Action
Verify the synchronization model, and make sure that overlap links and maximum start-end lead times are valid.
