Explanation
Flow optimization on the fixed scheduling period has created a circuit in the graph. To correct the circuit, at the end of the SRP computation, the application reschedules the plan entirely. Yet, this scheduling process disrupts the fixed period. Additionally, this process does not generate the flows according to the flow construction engines of the fixed period. This may cause flows to intercross in this period.
This situation may occur when there are material shortages in the fixed period, and when various levels of the same BOM are on the same grouping / machine.
Action
If the automatic solution is not suitable, you can roll back the situation. Recall WIP, and freeze supplies on this period. You can then make corrections manually.
As a rule, when you use this kind of model, you can freeze supply on the fixed period to prevent this behavior.
