Explanation

Dynamically changing item version or reloading the WO is impossible in the following cases:

1: The WO is in progress or complete.

2: The WO belongs to a campaign series.

Action

1: No workaround.

2: No workaround for the RELOAD WO feature.

If trying to change item version for a campaign WO, you can do it from the Series Gantt chart, but in that case, the change applies to all the WOs in the campaign series.
