Explanation

The initial duration of the operation is zero. This may cause a variety of problems in the plan. Typically, some actions can be impossible to take, or may result in errors that close the application. You need to correct the problem.

Verify data consistency for the operation.

Specifically, verify the data in tables B_OF, E_OF, B_OPE, and B_BT.

You need to verify the operation and WO quantities, the duration computation policies, the RUC, and the initial duration value.
