Explanation
In the Planning application configuration window (OPTIONS > CONFIGURATION, Follow-up tab):
Option Prevent follow-up if a previous operation is not complete is active AND
There is at least one operation preceding the follow-up operation that is not complete. The follow-up mode may be remaining time, remaining quantity, in progress, percentage, or complete operation.
Action
Either clear the Prevent follow-up if a previous operation is not complete check box, or complete the previous operations.
