Explanation 

1/ Unfreezing is impossible, because the operation cannot return to the position it had before it you froze it. 

2/ Unfreezing is impossible, because the operation has at least one fixed link with another operation in the same WO.

Action 

1/ Verify the initial data — that is, the situation before freezing the operation. The information is in table B_BT, fields B_M_ILOT and B_M_MACHINE. 

There is a risk of internal error. Contact the help desk. 

2/ You cannot unfreeze the operation alone, because of its fixed links with other operations in the same WO. Yet, you can try unfreezing the entire WO, using menu option UNFREEZE WO.
