Explanation
When loading data, the application verifies that all loaded WOs have an item, and an item version.
Action
Make sure that all the WOs in the plan have an item version.
Namely, every WO in table E_OF must have an item version in table E_OF_VER.
Unlaunch the WOs that do not have a item version, and then relaunch them to obtain an item version.
