• The WOs belong to different series, one of which at least is a campaign.

• OR

• The operations are not on the same machine.

• OR

• The operations do not follow one another on the machine.

The application has canceled the action.

Action

Verify the selected operations.

Possibly move an operation so you can then create the fixed link.
