Explanation
The application could not process the collaborative event. There may be several reasons for that. For example, the event refers to a WO, an operation or a machine that does not exist in the plan; or data that is mandatory to apply the event to the plan is missing or invalid.
The parameters may be valid, but other elements may make it impossible to apply the event.
Action
Verify the event parameters.
Specifically, verify the data in table EVENTS_PARAMS.
Make sure that the event is functionally valid — namely, that what you are trying to do in the plan with this event is correct planning-wise.
