Explanation
Each DELMIA Ortems software license comes with a maximum number of environments you can use. When you open the Planning application, it verifies this number. If you have exceeded it, then the Planning application closes automatically.
Action
In the Environment Management application: See if there are environments that you no longer use, and that you can delete so that you no longer exceed the maximum number.
Else, contact your administrator or the license provider to change software license.
