Explanation
When exploding the BOM, the quantity required at a given BOM level is the result of multiplying the initial quantity (as expressed by a requirement, a sales order, or a WO) by the multiplying ratios that exist between the initial level and the current level. Having a large initial quantity and large multiplying ratios can result in exceeding the maximum possible quantity ($2^{31} - 1$).
Action
Verify and correct the BOMs.
Verify and correct the quantities of the WOs, the requirements or the sales orders.
